The carriers of blood type O are very angry and impulsive. These people have a higher level of adrenaline and need more time to recover from stressful situations.

Blood antigens are not only present in the blood but elsewhere. For instance, they are present in the digestive tract, from the mouth to the colon and in the lungs and nostrils.

People who have blood type O are more prone to fat around the belly than those with blood type A who rarely know this problem.

People in blood group A are more prone to stress, and they need relaxing and soothing exercises like yoga and meditation. Group B people will prefer tennis, martial arts and climbing. Group O respond well to intense exercise (weight training, running, biking, swimming, aerobics).
